How It Works

Once you are referred to us for support, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Job Coach. They will discuss your interests, needs, goals and your existing skills and will work with you to create a personal action plan to help you in your journey into work.

Getting a job is a fantastic achievement and we’ll be there to support you for up to two years, helping you settle in and progress in your new job.
